Fans wanted it, and Ubisoft clearly wanted to do this as well.
The time period is perfect due to all the drama and extremely interesting real world material.
Most of what one tends to see inAssassin’s Creedgames are mostly accurate historically.

The developers try very hard to research and check that everything is perfect.
However, they have always tried to keep things as close as possible.
That is why our Assassin sided with the United States in theRevolutiongame.

Since the U.S won the American Revolutionary War, it made sense.
Though you do end up seeing this throughout the game, with real people involved.
There are a ton of things that are in this game that you could never do before.

On top of this, there are things we once could do but couldn’t in later games.
Check out this list of amazing things you did not know you could do inAssassin’s Creed Origins.
Many of these are caves or taverns, and of course pyramids.

All of these areas tend to be darkened, thus leading to the need of the torch.
One thing you may not know is that this torch is quite handy.
You have no need for materials to start it, as it just starts on its own.
This torch is not just useful during darkened times, but also as distractions.
Gamers can light a lot of things on fire in this world, as it is quite active.
You could be on fire, your horse, and many other things.

You could burn down trees, seriously.
This can be used as a distraction, and of course an aide to help kill enemies.
Trust us, everything can be put on fire, the arrows most of all.

Really, fire is one of the best resources in the entire game.
One will be able to race chariots at the legendary Hippodrome.
Which, regardless of system or television you play this on, looks amazing.

For those unaware, this was a place similar to that of what the Roman Coliseum was.
The chariots can be seen throughout the game.
One of the best features is basically what I’d call the the “assassin robbery.”

Enemies can be found carrying useful materials in small packs across various areas you’ll visit.
It is there that you’re able to kill them all and take what you need.
Usually all of the material can be used to craft things that help your health or weapons.

It’s well worth it.
One of the best places to do it is outside Alexandria in the outskirts portion of the area.
At one point, enemies with these materials came through 12 times in an hour.

The makers ofBlack Flagare behind this, as previously stated.
They clearly don’t hold back on worlds, asBlack Flagwas massive, but mostly ocean centered.
This made it the biggest world ever at the time.
However, Empire is much bigger.
The best way to handle things is actually to happen across them, to be honest.
While completionists will still want to do this, it will, again, not help.
What’s the best way to handle this?
Fly Senu, your eagle, a lot more.
Your levels will rise significantly every time you complete a mission.
This means that you gotta take on side quests… but there are other ways.
Just like every other game, there are bases that you’ll come across.
They are not all massive fort-like areas, as some are quite small.
There are also various types of lands you’ll see them on too.
Every area you take down equals more to your overall level increase.
Side quests and base takedowns are now more important than ever, due to this high level-based system.
It won’t be smart.
Even if you go higher on levels, they make stupid decisions and mistakes.
It has been an annoyance, and we wish they would be smarter on AI.
This has been changed, finally.
The enemies are smarter, and with the new combat system, they’re more skilled than ever before.
Their weapons, and how they operate, are much harder to beat than in previous games.
This means you have to be smart with what you do and how you do it.
There is not an animation that takes you from person to person with ease this time.
How do you handle this?
Also, using a sword while moving on a horse can help avoid some of the issues too.
However, you be sneaky and stealthy like normal and you’ll be okay.
However, you will not have this from the beginning of the game.
Skill points are brought into play this year like withSyndicate.
This time though, these skills mean a great deal to you.
While it’s possible for you to do just fine without adrenaline, you must pick it up soon.
One of the best things adrenaline can help with is enemies of higher skill levels.
Due to being under the amount you gotta be, they will take you down with ease.
Smart attacks are the way to beat them.
It’s also quite handy for other things.
9Tame The Beast
Another new addition to the series is the art of training animals.
Bayek is quite good at this, after you pick up the skill to make it happen.
Exploiting this to help you in the game will be quite useful down the line.
There has been an issue for some when it comes to taming the animal though.
The way to actually tame the animal is pretty easy.
Hit the animal you wish to tame with a sleep dart.
see to it they are alone.
This is not smart.
Once they are alone, hitting them with the dart will allow you to tame them.
Think of it likeHorizon: Zero Dawnwhen you’re switching a machine to be on your side.
You have to be sneaky about it.
In this case, an isolated animal put to sleep will do the trick.
One thing people stupidly assume right off is that a raise in level automatically makes your health better.
The best way to build it is to craft better gear for yourself.
How do you manage this?
Kill a ton of animals.
It sounds odd, but this is the best way to think of it.
You have soft leather and hard leather needed, among other things, to build up health.
This means you have to kill, say, a deer or lion for the soft.
For hard leather, a crocodile or hippo can give you what you need.
The more you kill, the more leather you obtain.
Thus, the more it’s possible for you to craft to build health across the board.
The more of these things you get, the tougher the assassin will be.
Even if you’re below a level, this can help to last against tougher opponents.
7Dine And Dash!
One of other new things added toOriginswas the loot system change.
Remember how annoying this could be, especially when enemies were around?
That has all changed.
The only time you’ll run across this is when you’re robbing a base or boat.
Yet the amount of time is lessened even still.
Basically you might just walk by and press the button to loot and it’s done.
Before, the player would have to get off their ride to loot someone.
This was possible due to Absergo.
who found a way for any and all to experience past situations using blood from a person now passed.
This time, a new present day woman is involved, named Layla.
She is the one using the animus this time, and she’s pretty awesome.
However, there is a ton to do in this area.
The deeper the game goes, the more you’ll do.
Without giving storylines away, you’ll really love playing this part.
Be sure to explore the computer, that’s all we can give away without spoiling.
