You have some pretty big incentives for findingSheriff Breaker, at least on your first playthrough.

Listen for the tell-tale hummingor look for the (humming) subtitleand youll know Sheriff Breaker is nearby.

Activate it, climb up the stairs to the rooftops.

Youll go through a door that leads you to another rooftop.

To the left of that is a Break Room door.

Go past it (stick left) and youll find a staircase leading to Sheriff Breakers office.

The Mayor Setter Charm is a very useful trinket to acquire in Alan Wake 2.

Proceed and youll run into some lockers.

Upon entering 216/206, youll notice that theres another door on the opposite side of the room.

The one youll have to head through to get to Poets Theater.
