How To Unlock Every Voucher
There are32 Vouchers in Balatro, categorized into16 pairs of two.
Every Voucher essentially has anormal and upgraded versionto form one pair.
For example,Overstockis paired withOverstock Plus, which both have similar, but stacking, effects.
Additionally, tofind the upgraded version of a Voucher during a run, you mustfirst obtain its normal version.
For example, to see Glow Up during a run, you’ll first need to get Hone.
Of course, you better unlock Glow Up before it will appear as well.

Celestial Packs always contain the Planet card for your most played poker hand this run.
Observatory
Planet cards in your Consumables area give x1.5 Mult for their specified hand.
Use a total of 25 Planet cards from booster packs.

Permanently gain +1 hand per round.
Nacho Tong
Permanently gain +1 additional hand per round.
Play a total of 2500 cards.
Wasteful
Permanently gain +1 discard per round.
Recyclomancy
Permanently gain +1 additional discard per round.

Tarot Merchant
Tarot cards appear 2x more frequently in the shop.
Tarot Tycoon
Tarot cards appear 4x more frequently in the shop.
Buy a total of 50 Tarot cards from the shop.
Planet Merchant
Planet cards appear 2x more frequently in the shop.
Planet Tycoon
Planet cards appear 4x more frequently in the shop.

Seed Money
Raise the cap on interest earned per round to $10.
Money Tree
Raise the cap on interest earned per round to $20.
Max out the interest per round earnings for ten consecutive rounds.
Antimatter
+1 Joker slot.
Redeem Blank Voucher 10 times in total.
Magic Trick
Playing cards can be purchased individually from the shop.
Illusion
Cards bought from the shop can have an enhancement, edition, and/or seal.
Buy a total fo 20 Playing cards from the shop.

-1 Ante, -1 hand per round.
Petroglyph
-1 Ante again, -1 discard per round.
Reach Ante level 12.
Director’s Cut
Reroll the Boss Blind once per Ante, $10 per roll.

This means, in a typical winning run, you’ll have the chance to geteight Vouchers.
