The more allies you have, the stronger you’ll be for the fights to come.

Must defeat Cazadorand allow Astarion to become an ascended vampire.
Dame Aylin
Summon Dame Aylin, Sword of the Silverlight, to battle in person.
Protect Isobel,defeat Ketheric, andspare Dame Aylinduring theGauntlet of Sharin Act Two.
During Act Three,defeat the wizard Lorroakanat Sorcerous Sundries with Dame Aylin’s help.
Counselor Florrick
Summon three defensive Flaming Fist members from Florrick’s personal guard.
Rescue Counsellor Florrickfrom prison.
Auntie Ethel
Turn up to five creatures Invisible.
Spare Ethelat the Riverside Teahouse and side with her again during theHelp the Hag Survivorsquestline.
The Gur
Summons three Gur warriors (two swordfighters and one archer) for frontline combat.
Rescue the childrenfrom Cazador’s prisonandpresent them to the Gur.
Guildmaster “Nine Fingers” Keene / The Zhentarim
Summon two Guild assassins OR Zhentarim assassins.
Guildmaster Keene:Finish Minsc’s questline.
You muststop the Zhentarim allyduring Minsc’s fight.
Return to the guild andside with the Guild against the Zhentarim.
In Act Three,side with them in the final fight against Nine-Fingers Keene.
Gondians
As of Patch 7, the Gondians will send physical aid.
You gain the ability to summon a Steel Watcher during the final battle.
Save the Gondian familiesatthe Iron Throneand then save them at theSteel Watch Foundry.Protect them from the Iron Handafter.
Iron Hand (Barcus Woot/Wulbren)
Summon two gnomes that throw grenades and shoot exploding Smokepowder Arrows.
Isobel
Heal up to six nearby allies (within 24m) for 14d6.
Protect Isobelduring the Last Light Inn attack,defeat Ketheric, andsave the Nightsong,Dame Aylin.
Jaheira
Summon three Harper archers for ranged support.
Side with Jaheiraduring Act Two.Find the Harper hideoutandrecruit Minscin Act Three.
It is also possible to break the deal but sleep with her instead to receive a similar ending.
Choosing to romance her does not appear to change the outcome of her summon.
Armored Owlbear Cub and Dammon
Summon your full-grown owlbear cub to battle in person.
Rolan / Lorroakan
Deal 10d6 fire + 10d6 force damage over an area.
Can only be used once.
Lorroakan: Save the Nightsongduring Act Two andturn her over to Lorroakan, betraying her in Act Three.
Strange Ox
Summon the Strange Ox (Zlorb) to battle.
He can take the form of a minotaur, wolf, ox, or hound and has over 300HP.
Speak with and continue theStrange Ox’s questlinethrough all three acts.
Inspector Valeria
Summon the City Watch’s weapon fighters - three heavily armored fighters.
CompletetheOpen Hand Temple Murdersand theInvestigate the Murdersquestlines,defeating the Murder Tribunaland saving Valeria.
Viconia DeVir / Shar’s Faithful (Shadowheart)
Summon two Sharran Novices and two Sharran Fidelians to battle.

Kith’rak Voss

Duke Ravengard
Rallied:All allies have an additional 30 temporary HP.
Save Duke Ravengardby either making a deal with Mizora or by rescuing him from the Iron Throne.
Mol
Fetcher’s Favour:All creatures have the ability to cast Rays of Fire once.
Reduce all incoming Fire damage by 5, and gain 1d4 to Charisma Saving Throws and Ability Checks.
Save Volo from the goblinsin Act One.
Then,save Volo againin Act Threefrom a mob near the Steel Foundry.
You do not need to have accepted his"help" and magical eye.
Side with the Emperorand choose to devour Orpheus’s brain.
