To do this, speak tothe Sovereign,the leader of the Myconids.
Youonly need to kill the duergarleader to unlock thevault.
Before you kill the duergar in the Decrepit Village,talk to Thullathe gnome in the Myconid colony.
Defeating the village duergar will also give you the ‘Duergar Antidote’which you oughta close out part ofThulla’s quest.
When you approach the duergar, they willambush you.
If you want to get a jump on them, trysneaking into the Decrepit Village.
