How To Get The Prisoner’s Photograph
Go to the River area, north of the Wasteland.
Jump down into the river, then head west.
Destroy the wooden barrier here andhead inside the Cave.
Push the box in the northeast cornerof the Cave to find the Photograph on the ground.
Return this Photograph to the prisoner, and you’ll berewarded with 30 cigarettes.
