How To Parry

In Deadlock, mastering the parry mechanic is essential for surviving in close combat.

Parrying allows you toblock an enemy’s melee attackandmomentarily stun them, giving you a crucial window to counterattack.

To perform a parry,simply press ‘F’rightbefore the enemy’s melee strike lands.

Timing is key, as the parry will only succeed ifexecuted just before impact.

When you parry, your character will glow blue.

Parrying comes with a cooldown.

After performing a parry, ared fist icon will appearon your screen.

This indicates that you cannot parry again until the icon disappears, which typically takes aboutfive seconds.
