What Are Specializations?

Specializationscome in the form of tomes, and there are a variety of them to find throughout the world.

Many Specialization tomes can beacquired by gaining affinity with NPCsor completing quests.

You canonly change the Specialization of your Main Pawn, not any that you hire from other players.
