At Checkpoint Rest Town,visit Ibrahim’s Scrap Store slightly to the west.
There, you canpurchase theBeastren Maskfor 8,700 G. This mask allows you to disguise yourself as a Beastren.
Simply present the permit to him, and he will grant you passage without any further complications.
By traversing this path, you’re free to eventually reach Battahl andbypass the borders altogether.
Attempting to outsmart the guards and unlock the border from the other side via this alternative routewon’t work.
So, while the permit may seem like a hassle, it remains the reliable option.
Eventually, as you progress through the story,you’ll obtain it one way or another.
