An item acquired from one such riddle,The Riddle Of The Eyes, is theSealing Phial.
After completing the riddle, the Sphinx willallow you to keep theSealing Phialfor your own usage.
Gobbling up a whole person doesn’t sound exactly safe for the person being gobbled.
To free your sealed individual, simplyinteract with theSealing Phialagain to break it,freeing who was inside.
As the phrasing would indicate, this breaks the phial, meaningit can never be used again.
