Once the deed is done,Hugo will appearbehind you, and you’llneed to speak with him.
Leave the gaolafter you’ve paid,let one in-game day pass, then return andspeak with Ekratt again.
You canstill go to the Ancient Battleground and kill Lanzoas long as you’ve obtained the information from Brefft.
This time,Ekratt will release Hugofrom the gaol, and you’llneed to pay him another 5,000 Goldafterward.
You told Hugo the truth but didn’t arrive in time and found both of them dead.
