Bug Dust is crafted fromCritter Partswhich can be collected from Enshrouded bugs and Spiders.

Critter Parts are pretty easy to farm around Elixir Wells as these typically spawn a bunch of Enshrouded bugs.

Spiders are generally found in cellars, caves, and in hidden tombs.

When killed, Spiders can drop Critter Parts and String.
