High luck is definitely recommended for a Gunslinger build.

Best Weapons For A Gunslinger Build

They’reeasy to find and pretty reliableright from the beginning.
As the name suggests, you’re able to get this off Kellogg, usually by killing him.
You’ll get this gun during theTradecraft quest during theRailroad storyline.
Pipe Pistols can be fitted with a long-range sight, giving youa decent sniper alternative.
