One of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s earliest side quests involves the hunt for a tough terror.
But what if you don’t want things so easy?
If you visit Bill’s Chocobo Ranch ahead of schedule, Chadley won’t be there yet.
Merely conversing with Chadley - which is required, so no worries there!
-unlocks Titan’s hardest mode.
The trouble is, Titan’s hardest mode will benext to impossible when you first gain access to it.
The fight is very much intended for higher-leveled parties.
Instead, activate Remnawave Towers, which will help fill the map withDivine Intelmarkers denoting shrines.
For starters,we recommend a party of Cloud, Aerith and Red XIII.
Conversely,Barret’s range is handy.
Cloud’s yourever-reliable all-rounder, and he works as intended versus Titan.
Red XIIIis terrific at blocking and building up Vengeance Mode.
Even when the Materia hasn’t hit higher levels yet,the MP-saving multitarget heals are excellent.
Aerith comes equipped with the Prayer Materia by default - keep it on her!
Remember To Block!
This isn’t going to save you from Titan’sspecial attacks, likeEarthen Roarand especially thehuge area-of-effect attack Earthquake.
But you don’thaveto get hit by it.
If you cantime your evasion well enough, you’ll get away scot-free.
Focus your strikes on it until it’s done and dusted, of course.
