Take the charged Battery back to Roys Records.Insert the Battery into the unit on the rightside of the building.
Next,switch to Allisonfrom the Umbrella Academy.
Return to Roys Records andinteract with the security guardthere.
The guard will give you a token.Insert the token into the red deviceon the left of the guard.
This will open Roys Records, but you still wont be able to enter due to the glass barrier.
