A Foggy Forest Branch is aSpecial Itemfound in some locations around the Erinnyes Forest.
There aresix branchesyou can collect toexchange for rewards.
The Waypoint is right by the hill you will need to climb.
Get to the top of the hill andactivate the time-trial challenge mechanism.
You could also try toglide from the top of the mountainif you’d like.
However, this will take significantly more time than using the Waypoint.
You will need to solve a puzzle in this lake for aPrecious Chest holding the Foggy Forest Branchto spawn.
The puzzle has a few mechanisms, like aHydro core pedestal, Water Volume Detection Crystals,and aswitch.
Whenall four Crystalsare lit, the chest will spawn.
The portal is hidden within a small pool of water.
The pool isnot originally clean.
Instead, there will be two self-healing Contaminated Bacterial Mats moving along the water’s surface.
This is theonly attack that will workagainst these Contaminated Bacterial Mats because their self-healing abilities are exceedingly fast.
The big tumor will strike back, so you might want toprotect yourself with a shieldto avoid being interrupted.
Otherwise, it might heal while you give a shot to recover and cast again.
Attack the tumors until they’ve vanished,and the water will clear out.
Only then will you be able todive into the pool and use the vortex-like portalto reach the underground area.
The Foggy Forest Branch is within an Exquisite Chest.
Be ready tofight four treasure hoardersin this location.
Interact with the Machine with Xenochromatic Ball Octopus abilities tolaunch the Energy Ball to the pool.
Swim through the ship’s windowto claim a Precious Chest with the Foggy Forest Branch inside.
Return through the vortexto gain easier access to the next location.
All three keys can be foundwithin this same shipwreck area.

The branch is locked inside aPneuma-aligned box underwaterin that very pool.
Just dive, break the box, launch the chest, and claim your branch.
