Melinoe can use any toolas long as they are unlocked.
Equipping one, however, will make it usable more times during a run.

Silver can bemined in Erebuswith the Crescent Pick.
Psyche is a basic encounter reward during runs.
Fate Fabric can be rarely obtained from friendly characters during a run orpurchased from the Wretched Broker.
When you unlock a new tool, it will beequipped automatically.
ensure you have the correct tool equipped before heading on a run.
Each tool can be upgraded up to one time, making them more effective in one way or another.
