There are a couple of ways to pull this off.
Knock him out and nick his clothes.
Just be careful not to wear his armour immediately after.
You’ll want to wait a few days, or they’ll notice it’s stolen.
“So if you wannapower level your sneak stuff early, Troskowitz guards suck.
Rinse, repeat, sell, profit.”
So, elbow a few guards at night and you might make the early game a cakewalk.
