Fang Dragon, Gelectrode, and Corrupted Conscience.

They’re a little slower, but several sorceries have similar effects.

Blazing Volley and Smash to Dust hit every creature your opponents control.

Ghyrson is a powerful damage dealer, but he’s also indiscriminate.

What’s an Izzet deck without some tricks?

Try adding a couple of these for synergy, surprises, and combos.

Grapeshot

Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind both provide passive card drawand are great fits for this deck.

Better yet, both go infinite with the same draw cards recommended for your commander.

Be ready for some groans, though: Niv-Mizzet Curiosity is a well-known combo.
