To get a Wyverian Bloodstone,you must destroy Tempered Wounds.
These are different from regular wounds, and as you probably guessed, only appear on Tempered monsters.
As such,continually attacking these areas will reveal a Tempered Wound.
So double-check you’re attacking those old scars to get as many Bloodstones as you might.
They can only be used to create relics, the various pieces used for making Artian weapons.
It’s an endless grind, but it’s honest work.
