When you think about it, there was one characterMultiVersusabsolutely needed.

We already got Shaggy, we have Superman, then we got LeBron James.

And Jason is true to form here.

Big screen-filling attacks, heavy hits, and sneaky mobility are the name of the game here.

Well show you the ins and outs of this frightening addition to the roster!

Fear The 13th

Forward Attack

This is a classic three-hit combo that ends with a grab.

Multiversus, Wonder Woman, Batman, And Shaggy

You don’t actually have to end with the grab either.

That includes Crunch Time (up and attack) and No Escape (up and special).

Freight Train

Dash Attack

This is one of Jason’s primary methods for gaining ground on opponents.

Multiversus, Jason using his Axe Slam attack

He is able to bullrush in using the Freight Train attack.

If you have some gray health, this move is even better, as you will blow past projectiles.

Crunch Time

Up Attack

This attack has a massive hit box and an excellent amount of knockback.

Multiversus, Jason using his Fear The 13th attack

It is one of the primary attacks that makes it extremely dangerous being above Jason.

In case we didn’t sell it hard enough, this is easily one of Jasons best moves.

Use it frequently (but not recklessly).

Multiversus, Jason using his Dash Attack

Zombie Stomp

Down Attack

This is another slow, chargeable attack.

And, as per usual, it hits like a truck.

Cut Them Down

Aerial Forward Attack

This is a pretty beefy horizontal attack.

Multiversus, Jason using his Crunch Time attack

Not super fast, butit does have averynice amount of range. You’ll likely use this attack quite frequently.

Approaching grounded opponents by utilizing a short hop and this attack is often a pretty strong play.

Jason does his best work when he is aiming for a vertical attack.

Multiversus, Jason using his stomp attack

You will likely get a surprising number of kills using this attack.

6 Feet Under

Aerial Down Attack

This is a solid dunk attack.

It is reasonably fast, and hits fairly hard.

Multiversus, Jason using his Scoop And Slash attack

Unstoppable Rage

Neutral Special

Here it is.

This is the special move that really puts it all together.

Jason’sUnstoppable Rage not only increases his damage, but it also increases the speed of his attacks.

Multiversus, Jason using his Cut Them Down attack

It also causes the next attack that lands to knockback further.

If you get too close to him, you will get hit, and the move hasprettysolid knockback.

This attack can also be performed in the air!

Multiversus, Jason using his From Below attack

Just keep in mind thatyou arenotinvincible during the beginning or ending frames of this special.

So, if your opponent attacks you while you are performing it, youwillbe hit.

Don’t worry, he has enough potent attacks that hit above his head already.

Multiversus, Jason using his Six Feet Under attack

He didn’t need another.

We pretty exclusively use this during doubles.

In 1v1 matches we think there are better options.

Multiversus, Jason using his Unstoppable Rage attack

The Slasher

Aerial Neutral Attack

Grab your foe and stab them multiple times.

This is a solid move and can be used out of a short hop to grab grounded opponents.

Fear The 13th (forward attack) or No Escape (up special) are great candidates.

Multiversus, Jason using his Myst Walk

Beyond that, your up attacks are all really, really good.

Swapping the order of Risen Strike and From Below, on the other hand, doesn’t really work.

Never send a human to do a machine’s job.
