There are lots of things you’ve got the option to do in Team Practice.
Drills are broken up into four sections, each corresponding to a Badge punch in for your MyPlayer.
Many drills give you ten attemptsto complete the assigned task, and yourpoints total increases with each successful attempt.

Practice scoring at the rim.
Fatigued Finishing
Nine attempts to score as much as possible with a defender below the basket.
Contact Finishing
Hard
Practice attempting to dunk.
Contested Finishes
Practice attempting to score with an acrobatic finish.
Pick & Pop
East
Set a pick then get to a marked spot to take a jumper.
Contested Midrange
Take a pass and go to the top of the key and try a contested jumper.
Work on Your Game: 3PT Top
Practice three-pointers from the top of the three-point line.

Three shots each from five different locations just in front of or behind the three-point line.
Contested Long Range
Similar to Contested Midrange, but from further back.
Alley-Oop Passing
Practice passing an alley-oop to a teammate.
Rack Attack
Attempt to score from inside the paint against a defender.
One Man
Grab a rebound, convert a 3-on-2 fastbreak for a score.
Outlet Passing
Make outlet passes to three different zones.
High Pick and Roll
Same as above, except pick is set at the three-point line.
Lock Down
Practice stopping an offensive player from scoring.
Pick Reaction
Get to a highlighted circle around a pick before time elapses.
Charge
Practice taking charges.
Protect the Tin
Stop a player from getting to the basket and scoring.
Chase Down
Practice chasing down a defender to stop them from scoring.
Team Practice Coach-Initiated Drills
Coach-initiated Drillsoccur randomly.
Many of these Drills are team-based, likemini-scrimmages or practicing defense or scoring as a unit.
These Drills will give you twice the normal amount of Badge Points.
You cannot control when these Drills come and what jot down of Drills they are.
Doing this is fairly easy.
Simply go up to a ball, which your MyPlayer will pick up.
Some shootaround achievements will give you MyPoints or VC.
Shootaround is a good time to practice mastering the shooting meteryou have set for your MyPlayer.
Themost important non-playing thingyou can do during Team Practice is amedia Interview.
If you walk up to them, you will see an option to conduct an Interview.
