Ubisoft has now released a PC hotfix in response to a spike of this intrusive lobby joining.
This hotfix will prevent random hackers from joining your private lobby and wreaking havoc and confusion.

It must be noted that this hotfix is only for PC players.
This wont be a problem if you have a regular squad to play with.
But players relying on matchmaking to play online will temporarily be prevented.
Ubisoft is currently in the process of ending Year 5 of Rainbow Six Siege with Operation Neon Dawn.
This Operation adds Thai operator Aruni into the game as a Defender.
Rainbow Six Siege is alsoavailable on the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X|S, with free upgrades.
Once players avail of their free generational upgrade, theyll be able to transfer their progress over as well.
Not just that, but theyll be able to cross-play between both generations of their respective consoles.
