Pokemon Gois celebrating its eighth anniversary since its initial launch in 2016.
This year’s birthday celebration will feature Grimer and its evolution Muk, the 88th entry in the Pokedex.
In addition to this, there will be several bonuses and new features present during this event window.

For this event,both Grimer and Muk will be available wearing party hatsfor the first time.
AnyGrimer wearing party hats that are evolved into Muk will keep their costumes.
Additionally, the Meltan you obtain through Mystery Boxes willhave the chance of being Shiny.

There will beseveral event bonusesavailable throughout this event.
June 28 at 10am to June 29 at 11:59 pm
Double XP for catching any Pokemon.
June 30 at 12am to July 1 at 11:59 pm
Double Stardust for catching any Pokemon.
verify to jump in during this event to encounter and catch the following wild Pokemon.
This includes Pokemon likeBulbasaur, Cyndaquil, and Mudkip.
Paid Timed Research
There will also bePaid Timed Researchavailable for purchase during this event.
Completing these different tasks will reward you with the following in-game items.
This Timed Research also must becompleted before the conclusion of this event.
Once purchased, you will be able to complete the Masterwork Research Storyeven after this event has concluded.
This includes seven different Avatar items, each found below.
These will become available at the start of this event andwill remain available after it has ended.
Additionally, there will beevent-themed stickersavailable during the event window.
