The card itself is pretty average; it hits standard Pokemon for 20 damage from one energy.
When it’s against ex cards, though, particularly Arceus ex, things start to look up.
It doesn’t stop there, though.
This means it can defeat Arceus ex before the Pokemon can even set up.
