Climb up it to encounter Fariba and buy the map from her.
Ride the elevator down and thenmake your way up using Clairvoyance to create platforms you might jump from.
Keep heading up and you’ll find Fariba next to a gate you could now unlock using a switch.
Climb your way up to the nearby Wak Wak tree by using Clairvoyance.
Then,summon the elevator and use Clairvoyance to reach it.
Make it start riding up and then jump off when you see more Clairvoyance platforms.
Go to the left and you’ll find Fariba.
You’ll find Fariba sitting there, ready to offer you a map.
After a little bit, you’ll find Fariba sitting on a carpet, just like always.
Then head to the next Wak Wak tree.
Fariba will be here and let you buy this fairly pointless map piece.
It’s also right above one of the area’s Wak Wak trees.
