Just slightly west of the region’s swamp areas isthe abandoned town of Pleasance.
Head there, and look forthe schoolon the southern side - a giant log is crushing its roof.
Go inside, and walk over to thedesk near the fireplace.
The book you’re looking for is on said desk.
The place is slightlyeast of Emerald Ranch.
At the location is a small stone house that you gotta enter.
Brace yourself, though, as there’s a grizzly sight waiting for you inside.

132 residesat the Downes Ranch, southwest of Valentine.
More specifically, it’s located inthe main house.
When you enter, you will notice a bed directly in front of you.
Check thenightstand next to it to find this book.
The Downes family won’t mind a missing comic as they will be preoccupied with more important matters.
It’s a small shack with a skull above the entrance.
Get through the door by breaking the lock or kicking it open.
Then look toyour left to find the comic on the nightstand.
In return, he hands you a chocolate bar.
