InRemnant 2, Traits are passive abilities that give your character specific advantages.
They play a crucial role in developing your character as you play the game.
As a result, each Trait requires you to complete a particular task related to one of these activities.
We have updated this guide to include the latest Traits available in this DLC.
to make it benefit from a Trait, you should probably level it up byusing a Trait point.
Traits points are obtainedafter defeating bossesorfinding Tomes of Knowledgescattered throughout the game.
As appealing as this might sound,there is a catch.
Remnant 2 allows you to allocate a total of60 Traits Points only.
Don’t let this hold you from experimenting with other Traits since the game offers aRespec feature.
These Traits cover the basic stats of the character and areaccessible to everyone.
Archetype Traits
As the name suggests,Archetype Traitsare linked tospecific Archetypes.
Fortunately, Remnant 2 providesseven additional Archetypesthat you’re free to unlock and try out.
This gives you the opportunity toexperiment with different playstyles and abilities.
You earn these Traits bydefeating bosses, assisting specific NPCs, or finishing certain locations or events.
How To Unlock
Amplitude
Defeat the enemies summoned by the glowing sphere in the Labyrinth.
Increase AoE size
Arcane Strike
Clear out Harvesters Reach of enemies.
Increase mod power generation
Barkskin
Choose Does Eye answers to Meidra questions.
Reduces all incoming damage
Blood Bond
Defeat the Root Nexus in the Forbidden Grove in Yaesha.
Archetype Summons absorb damage for the caster
Bloodstream
Choose Ravagers Eye answers to Meidra questions.
Increase grey health regen
Fitness
Complete the Vault of the Formless in NErud.
Increase evade distance
Footwork
Complete the train event in Terminus Station in NErud.
Increase movement speed while aiming
Glutton
Complete The Feast Event in multiplayer.
Note: Reviving a fallen ally under the Ravenous status grants this trait to all players.
Increase the speed of using consumables and relics
Handling
Defeat the horde enemies in Ashen Wasteland in Root Earth.
Increase stamina regeneration
Resonance
Allow one player to trigger the purge to kill you in Dormant N’Erudian Facility.
Increase aura size
Revivalist
Revive teammates 10 times.
Interact with him to unlock the trait.
Increase the health of Archetype Summons
Scholar
Defeat the final boss of the game.
Increase experience gain
Shadeskin
Complete the Burning Event in the Butchers Quarter in Losomn before the man gets burned.
Increase Lifesteal
Wayfarer
Defeat the horde boss in Corrupted Harbor.
Increase environmental movement speed
Dark Pact
Unlocked after completingthe Bells Event in the Awakened King.
Reduce grey health regen rate
Chakra
At the Corrupted Harbor checkpoint, you’ll encounter a fog wall.
Defeat the enemy beyond it to obtain this trait.
