In this room, you will also find a locker with a lock, and no passcode.
The adjacent note will explain that you canfind the code by going to Exam Room 3.
Head there now by going down the hallway to the east.
Along the way, pick up theHealth Drinkin the Restroom.
You’ll have to break the window to enter the room.
Do so, and confirm toopen the door of the connecting roomto allow Maria to stay close to you.
So what exactly does this mean?
Return to the lobby and have a search around.
The number of Nurses, Doctors, and Trees, is 7, 2 and 4. it’s possible for you to now proceed to the basement.
As such, your only option is the basement.
Pick up theHandgun Ammoat the end of the stairs, and then proceed to the basement.
Once you enter the basement, be sure tocollect the mapfor it before proceeding further.
This must beactivated by putting some gasolineinto it, though this ends up being a multi-step process as well.
Pick up theHealth DrinkandHandgun Ammobefore going further.
Next, proceed to the boiler room and use the laundry basket to climb into the nextBoiler Room.
Be wary of Mannequin enemies, andpick up the gasoline can.
It’s empty, so the next step is filling it.
There are two boxes of Hangdun Ammo here as well.
Head on up now.
After leaving her here, enterroom C3 to find a red save point.
Save the game before going any further, and check that to pick up the Health Drink.
All of them need to be done eventually, though they can be done at your own pace.
Finding The Shotgun
Your first course of action should befinding the missing Shotgunfrom earlier.
you’re free to find someShotgun Shellsin the same room in case you missed therm earlier.
The Shotgun packs quite a punch while its ammo is relatively rare early on, so use it sparingly.
You finally have a second ranged weapon.
This gives a unique cutscene where she thanks James for checking in on her.
She remains in the room, butthis has a hidden effect.

Finding The Three Bracelets
Before exploring the hospital too deeply,head to the Director’s Office.
There will be another red save point here, as well as the core puzzle of Brookhaven Hospital.
These bracelets are found across the entirety of Brookhaven.
Before you’re free to do anything else here, you should probably get all three bracelets.
The Marked Bracelet
The first bracelet you will be able to find isthe Marked Bracelet.
To begin your journey for it, you must acquirethe L1 Room Key.
This can be found inNurses' Loungein the north-west corner of the map.
After picking up the key, you may proceed to room L1.
There are a few Mannequin enemies hiding around this area so be wary of them as you move.
Pick up the two boxes of Handgun Ammo as you workvyour way through.
Since humans are not meant to enter the walls,he falls back to the first floor.
This will drop you into the room beside theMedical Records room.
Head into the Medical Records room proper and you will findthe Marked Bracelet lying on the floor.
That’s your first bracelet sorted.
double-check toexamine the typewriterin this room to trigger a Glimpse of the Past.
From here, go toExam Room 5.
You will findthe 1F Inner Ward key on a tablehere.
Pick it up, but continue into the adjacent Exam Room 4 first.
Pick upthe Radiograph of a Pelvisand place it alongside the other radiographs on the wall.
The idea here is toalign the marks on the radiographs with those on the board.
Move all three until they are aligned.
Nothing will happen yet, though it’s good to have them prepped.
Now, you musthead back to the first floor and enter the Inner Ward.
First,head to the doctor’s loungeon the right.
Map this to the keypad, andthe code will be 3578.
After the Doctors' Lounge,proceed to Pantry to find Mold Removeron a clogged dumbwaiter.
you’ve got the option to’t use this just yet, but you’ll need it for later.
Now you canreturn to the Nurses' Station.
Input the code 3578 and enter.
Go through the Nurses' Station directly into the Treatment Room topick up the Moldy Radiograph.
you’ve got the option to now return to the X-Ray Room on the third floor.
With all four radiographs aligned,a number will reveal itself - 4, 37, 12.
Go to the combination lock by room D1 and input this number in the directionsright, left, right.
Inside will bethe Filthy Bracelet, all for the taking.
The Bloodstained Bracelet
The final bracelet you need is foundon the first floor in the Inner Ward.
With that in mind, return to the entrance of the Inner Ward.
From here, you’ll want tohead for the Pharmacy.
In here, you will findthe Medical Tube.
With this, return to the Pool so you canopen the maintenance hatchand drain the pool.
With the pool drained, step down into it and break the unsettling eye toreveal the Bloodstained Bracelet.
To start, approach the arm on the desk.
The idea here is to align the bracelets with the marks already present on the arms.
Your next task is to twist them around.
Along the wrist of the arm, there’s a section where the paint has chipped away.
Twist them around until, from top to bottom,they read 92, 45, and 71.
The hand will open and give youthe Director’s Storage Room Key.
This isn’t enough to solve the puzzle yet though.
Turn to the wall to find a bookshelf with a series of books out of order.
This cipher is what you’re gonna wanna finally unlock the Director’s Safe.
Return to the main room now to solve the puzzle.
Where you have to go next should be clear.
This will activate a locked-camera and trigger a Glimpse of the Past.

With nowhere else to go, proceed back to the rooftop.
