Inside, you must completea series of puzzles using Control Cubes.
Once complete, the Black Book will be accessible in theReading Room.
Dragonborn Frost
This ability will let your Frost Breath Shout encase foes in ice.

This ability will give you a ten percent bonus on your stealth and alchemy skills.
Seeker Of Sorcery
This ability offers a ten percent reduction on magicka cost for all spells.

Eventually,you will reach a long tunnel leading right to the Waking Dreams book.
Defeat Miraak and the Waking Dreams book will give you just one choice for a reward.
The only catch is that it costs a dragon soul to do so.
The Waking Dreams Book is perfect for re-specing your character if needed.
