For some Slime Gates, its possible to bypass them without using a Slime Key by utilizing your jetpack.

Four different pods stand side by side: from left to right, a green pod, a blue pod, a purple pod, and a Secret Style pod in Slime Rancher.

To obtain Slime Keys, your first goal should be tofind Gordo Slimes.

In the wide area you reach, head straight forward.

After passing the first large tree on your right,look northwest.

The player finds a Slime Key in Slime Rancher.

The Indigo Quarry

After entering the Indigo Quarry, head east, and youll come across a tunnel.

Solve the slime statue puzzle by shooting the appropriate plorts into the statues to unlock the gate.

Opening it grants access to the Indigo Quarry region.

If you havepurchased The Overgrowth expansionat your ranch, head west from there and follow the coastline.

Then turn north, and youll see this gate.

Once there,cross the wooden bridge to the north, and continue over the other wooden bridges.

Youll find the gate at the end.

This Slime Gate willallow you to dive into the Ancient Ruinsfrom The Moss Blanket.

you might reach this passage by using your jetpack to jump across the stalagmites in the cave.

Once through the tunnel, exit on the other side andgo northwest through the rib-shaped tunnel.

Turn left and follow the path.

There are a total of three Vault Doors.

After passing through the log-shaped tunnel,turn left and follow the wooden bridge.

Exit through the eastern tunnel.

By popping it, you’ll reach Ash Island.

Jump across the cliff ahead; if you haven’t already, you’ll find the Crystal Gordo there.

With your back to it, continue forward and pass through the next passage to find the vault teleporter.

By pop, we mean feeding them food using your vacpack until they burst.

Additionally, Gordo Slimes have favorite foods.

Once a Gordo is popped, it will permanently disappear from the game and will not respawn.

Not every Gordo grants a Slime Key.

While some Gordos drop Slime Keys when they pop, others do not.

The price for this is 25,000 Newbucks.

You’ll spot itinside a chimney-shaped rock formation.

Once youve teleported,head west, keeping the lake on your leftas you move forward.

Exit the cavethrough the tunnel extending eastward.Once you reach the area with wooden platforms, head north.

Headinto the tunnel to the north, marked by a torch.

This will allow you to jump into the tunnel.

This tunnel leads to a small cave where the Rad Gordo can be found.

This Gordo islocated on Ash Islandin Indigo Quarry.

Once teleported,head to the right of the hologram with the letter Hon it and follow the path.

Then,enter the passage on the rightto ascend to the upper level of the ruins.

You willsee another orb machine aheaduse your jetpack to reach it.

Continue forward, jump to the area on the left, and youll arrive at the Boom Gordo.

Ascend the ramp to reach the upper level of the ruins.

If the blue door is closed, interact with the orb equipment to open it.

Turn left,climb over the gray rocks, and surface.

Proceed southwesttoward the large blue crystaland go behind it tofind the H-letter hologram above.

Which Order Should You Pop The Gordos?
