Once you’ve acquired it,all you oughta do is gift the Bouquet to Elliott.
Assuming his friendship level hasn’t dropped for some reason, he’ll be flattered and accept.
Apparently, people propose with a special necklace called a Mermaid’s Pendant.
It does not naturally rain during the Winter.
The only way to trigger the Old Mariner’s appearance is to use aRain Totem.
After the ceremony,you and your new husband will be transported back to the farm in marital bliss.
Elliot will only have a unique schedule for Mondays and spends all rainy days inside the farmhouse.

After getting married, you will still need to speak with Elliot.
Do this every day, andtry not to give too many gifts to other marriage candidates.
