Even if you don’t take the elevator right then,interact with the elevatorto ensure it’s unlocked.
This includes the Adventure, Blacksmith, andGeologist bundles.
Completeing all three willunlock the minecarts around town.
The caveat is thatyou can’t speak Dwarvish.
Once you’ve got all four, you’ll be able to speak to the Dwarf.
