The Wii U was full of a lot of bad decisions from Nintendo.

Time would prove that the Wii U had great potential.

There were several games made by Nintendo and other companies that just werent good.

They were glitchy nails in the coffin of the Wii U.

It was those releases that further motivated people to just stick with other consoles.

30Worst: Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival

Talking about this game is like beating a deceased horse.

Even the fans who werent clamoring for a properAnimal Crossinggame felt disgusted by whateverAmiibo Festivalwas trying to be.

As it stands, its far from a beloved game on the Wii U.

The unfortunate part is that the game isnt that bad.

The unique controls can create some truly great moments, and the boss battles are extremely entertaining.

The game makes great use of the GamePad with the multiple configurations of the Arwing as well.

There was also an Amiibo mode that was every bit as shameless asAnimal Crossing: Amiibo Festival.

The mini-games were also hit or miss.

The best of the bunch, though, was easilyNintendo Land.

Most of its various mini-games were slam dunks, being both exciting and fun.

Its a shame that more people paid more attention toWii Sports.

26Worst: Devils Third

There are some clever levels inSonic: Lost World, and the controls are interesting.

It makes great use of speed while throwing new environments into the mix.

Its far from the dumpster fire people make it out to be.

Perhaps the upcoming action game,Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, would prove them wrong.

Unfortunately for SEGA,Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyricwas perhaps even worse thanSonic 06.

SEGA didnt stick withSonic Boomfor very long.

This is because most wanted a proper 3D sandboxMariogame likeSuper Mario 64.

While a game likeSuper Mario Odysseyis clearly better, thats not to say thatSuper Mario 3D Worldis bad.

It had great level design and fun new power-ups throughout the adventure.

As a matter of fact, it was a survival horror game that made great use of the GamePad.

Not only was there great challenge, but inventory management was probably the best out of most AAA games.

Unfortunately, the presentation behindZombiUwasnt enough for people to go out and buy Nintendos new system.
