Ubisoft has announced their support for the creation of a collegiate esports program.
With the new collegiate program in place, this allows any ambitious student to compete.

For those who do not know, FACEIT is the leading platform for competitive online gaming.
The Collegiate Program also supports all skill levels, enabling anyone to participate.
There is going to be a total of two seasons per year.
The first season will have a total playtime of 6 weeks, with a break in-between.
The 2nd season also includes a National Championship.
Over the past years, collegiate esports has been grown steadily, becoming more and more prominent.
