You have to fly a bit to reach the platform.
To acquire the Hearthsteed,you simply need to log into Hearthstone.
If you are a new player, you must at least finish the tutorial section to get the mount.
Go to yourmount journalby pressingShift + Pand look for anunwrapped present.
It should be the first on the list and labeled as ‘New.’
If you didn’t receive it,you should restart World of Warcraft and have another go.
