To get higher rarity Echoes, you have to upgrade your data bank levels.
Your chances of getting high-rarity Echoes also increases with level.
The Echo drop rate starts at six percent and goes up to a maximum of 20.
However, it’s possible for you to have acertain amount of higher chances for these dropson boss enemies.
