To make progress in the quest, you first have to find your way to the one above you.
This can be done by going through the TV path to the top right side of the area.
You’ll be able to get to the top transmitter location through this path and continue the quest.
You’ll also find yourfirst observation data to the bottom right of the first location.
After unlocking the area, you’ll find another TV where you could extract the path forward.
In this new route, you’ll be able to get to the third locked-down area.
After accessing it, simplytake another step to the right to reveal a golden crate.
